Honestly I’m always skeptical buying on line but this is a quality product. I’m 5’10” and 165lbs and I got a M. I think I have about a 32” waist? Fits snug but comfortably so and the drawstring is comfortable to tighten if needed

Great fit and good quality soft spandex fabric. Make these enhancing briefs really comfortable to wear. The cup is removable if you want them to dry faster after swimming. Desert sage is a light olive green. So not too bright if that’s your thing. They look best with a tan.
