Countries that fall into this category are unable to receive an estimated shipping time, however upon receiving your tracking information, you will be given an ETA of your parcels arrival. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We will make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated timeframe however, please be aware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors that are beyond our control.  

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during busy promotional and sale periods where some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be notified via email.

SHIPPING COVER/WARRANTY

To protect your parcel from loss, theft or damage - we highly suggest that all customers opt for shipping cover at checkout. Vaquita The Label is not responsible for parcels that aren't covered. 

 

CUSTOMS TAXES:

United States Delivery: 

Due to the recent changes (August 2025) in US tariff rules, some of our shipments may experience slight delays. Please rest assured that any additional taxes or duties will be fully covered by us—we want to ensure you continue to enjoy a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.

Rest of the world:

At this stage, if you are outside Australia and US, all customs charges and taxes (including VAT) are payable by the receiver. These fees are not included in the cost of your order or shipping charge. However, we are working hard to upgrade our logistics by end of the 2025 in order to provide a faster and smoother experience. 

Vaquita The Label does not offer refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather.  We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order.  If the wrong delivery address is provided, Vaquita The Label cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
