Our head office and primary warehouse are located in Sydney, Australia.
We are pleased to announce the opening of our second warehouse in Shenzhen, China. All parcels dispatched from this new facility will be shipped via JDL Express, providing faster transit times and a more streamlined international delivery experience.
During this transition period from our Sydney warehouse to the Shenzhen warehouse, some orders may be fulfilled in split shipments. From March 2026, all orders will be dispatched exclusively from our new warehouse.
Our marketing team, product development centre, and customer service operations will continue to be based in Sydney, Australia, ensuring uninterrupted service and support.
Holiday Season Delivery:
Our warehouses will continue to fulfil orders throughout the holiday period, including Christmas, New Year, and Lunar New Year.
Please note that due to public holidays observed in different countries, shipping and customer service responses may experience minor delays during this time. Rest assured, our teams remain committed to processing orders as efficiently as possible.

We will make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated timeframe however, please be aware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors that are beyond our control.
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during busy promotional and sale periods where some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.

SHIPPING COVER/WARRANTY
To protect your parcel from loss, theft or damage - we highly suggest that all customers opt for shipping cover at checkout. Vaquita The Label is not responsible for parcels that aren't covered.

United States & Canada:
All US orders are back on track! Under the new US tariff rules, some of our shipments may experience slight delays. Please rest assured that any additional taxes or duties will be fully covered by us before your order's arrival—we want to ensure you continue to enjoy a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.
Rest of the world:
UNITED KINGDOM, IRELAND, ASIAN PACIFIC, MAJOR EUROPE.
In the rare case of shipment being inspected by customs, charges and taxes (including VAT) may apply based on your country's rules. Extra charges are payable by the receiver.
We are working hard to upgrade our logistics by the end of 2025 in order to provide a faster and smoother experience.
Vaquita The Label does not offer refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Vaquita The Label cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
