How to Submit an Exchange Request

 

Please ensure you have met our return eligibility

Ensure the product(s) are unused and undamaged.

Ensure the products(s) are in original condition & packaging.

It’s been WITHIN 30 days since receipt OF PURCHASE.

Change your mind or the wrong size? You can return your item(s) for A store credit, then re-purchase. 

Our health & hygiene policy prohibits returns for underwear, swimwear, and any intimate garments. 

All returns must be done by post. Returns by post are to be paid for by the customer. Please do not attempt to return in person.

Please allow up to 7 business days (from receipt) for your return to be processed.

 

STEP 1 – Contact us via our customer service email.

Please email us via returns@vaquitathelabel.com

with your order number and list item/items you wish to exchange and the reasons for exchange.

Our team will review your request. If your request is eligible and meets our exchange conditions, we will send you and email containing more information to proceed.

 

STEP 2 – POST YOUR PARCEL

Once you have received the approved confirmation email from us, please send your order back to the address provided. Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for garment items for the same item in a different size. Items purchased from our online store must be returned via post to our warehouse within 30 days of order received date, providing that the merchandise is in its original condition with all tags, stickers intact and in the original packaging. If the preferred size is no longer available, customer can choose between a full refund of the item or a store credit of the item value. Unfortunately, we cannot accept worn Swim Briefs or Underwear for hygiene and safety reasons as these are an intimate garment. 

 

Refund Policy

Currently, we only offer refund for faulty or missing items. Customer can choose between a full refund of the item or a store credit of the item value. The refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Once the refund has been processed, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account depending on your payment method or card issuer.

Order Cancellations & Amendments

Due to the fast-paced nature of online retail, we may not be able to cancel or make any amendments to any online order before it is dispatched. Amendments may include but are not limited to:

• Change of delivery address
• Changes of colours and sizes
• Adding or removing items
• Applying discounts
• Full order cancellations

To avoid any delivery-related issues, please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.
